1. Ashoka - Amsterdam Centrum

Crowded with hungry customers at happy hours, this simple looking place is all about flavourful food. Their extensive menu is 100% vegetarian and not too heavy on the pocket.

Their masala dosas and curries come highly recommended!

3. Ganesha

A vibrant orange paradise that is known for serving top-notch Indian dishes. It lies in the bustling Centrum. Dine-in here with a group of mates and enjoy their chill ambience while relishing the aroma of spices. The speciality of this place are their naans baked in a clay oven. It is worth discussing that their expert chef has an experience of 30 years and will customize the level of spiciness according to your request.

They have a separate vegetarian menu as well as a drinking menu comprising of a variety of liquors and beers. Savour their vegetable kofta with garlic naan and you will not stop licking your fingers!

4. Mayur

Pioneered by Chef Pramod Sharma, Mayur is recognised for being the oldest running Indian restaurant in Netherlands. The dimly-lit secluded venue looks very mystic yet romantic excellent for a night out with your better half. Their appealing North Indian menu provides to both vegetarian and gluten-free needs. It is found near the Van Gogh Museum.

The charred tandoori naans paired with wines and succulent curries like saag paneer, bhindi etc is an outright stunner!
