Qubernator Café is located in the peaceful corner of Philharmonic Garden. It is one of the oldest gardens of Baku; you must visit its Philharmonic Fountain which is hidden inside the park. The place is fantastic for photographs. The contrast of marble with the lushness of greenery looks spectacular in pictures.
The place opens only during the summer season. Order their unique flavours of sheesha, while cherishing the beautiful sight of colourful flowers surrounded by the Old City walls. Quietly, listen to the romantic music mixed with the chirping of birds for an overall soothing effect. This cafe is open all day till late at 2 am. But the best time to visit this place is in the evenings as the garden glimmers with shine at golden hour. They serve both European and Azerbaijani delights that happen to be vegan-friendly as well. Their extensive menu has a wide range of salads, desserts and even wake-me-up coffees!
