1/2 tsp ghee

Chopped coriander
Ghee for cooking the kebabs

For Whole Wheat Rumali Roti

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp oil
Warm water

Knead a soft dough just like roti. Roll it super thin using dry maida. Roll it directly on the platform and keep sprinkling some dry flour. Make it as thin as you can. Cook this on a super hot tawa. Once it has blisters, flip and cook on the other side too. Once cooked, fold it and immediately keep under a kitchen roti cloth or in a hot case.
🌟Vishesh Tippani *Don’t leave it open else it will dry out
*Also don’t over cook these because while cooling also they will continue to dry out.

Use enough ghee while cooking them. Ghee is a good for your body 💖 #kebabs #eid2020 #vegetariankebab #vegankebabs #roomaliroti #gheebutter #veganrecipes #vegetarianrecipes #lucknowicuisine #nawabicusine 👑
