Since it is by most estimates the 100th year anniversary of burrata (a creamy mozzarella) @thecheesecollective and @vegefied decided to bring you an awesome fancy recipe to use this yummy, creamy and versatile cheese! 😋
1 bowl Mixed Greens or Spinach
1 cup Strawberries
1 handful Toasted Hazelnuts
1 Burrata or Burratina from @cheesewali
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Date-Strawberry Sauce or Honey
1. Put date syrup, strawberry syrup or honey and mix with 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar.
2. Mix this balsamic into the greens.
3. Plate it and place burrata on top.
4. Add the strawberries and toasted hazelnuts.
5. You’re good to go!
