Pickled Plumps

Pickled Plum is a veggie-fruit blog started by Caroline in 2010. Caroline has visited many Asian countries and was inspired by the food in each corner. With this blog, Caroline wants to help others in maintaining good health and letting the people know that vegetables and fruits do not always have to be boring!

What if you could make the most delicious, filling snack in 5 minutes? You might be busy, but that that’s no excuse to eat unhealthy junk food! This mixed salad tastes better than most high-street fast food joints and is way better for you. The quick recipe can be eaten as an afternoon snack or even at lunch.
