For all those who don’t know Pani Puri- it’s an Indian street food also know as Puchka or Gol Gappas. They’re quite literally a mouthful explosion of tangy spicy and sweet flavours. @gourmetised gave this a Mexican twist in two ways. Here you go-
– Minced garlic
Mince all ingredients with a fork and keep course. Add refried beans if you want. Fill the tarts/ puris. Garnish with coriander!
– 1/4 cup pineapple
– 2 tbsp minced jalapeños
– Few sprigs mint
– 1/4 cup water
– Roasted cumin powder
Spicy Tomato Water
Same as above ingredients but 🍅 instead of 🍍
Blend all the in the ingredients. Make sure it’s watery. Fill in shot glasses or test tubes for creative presentation of the combos.
