Dark Chocolate Tart- 4 Ingredients Only!

The first chef in our junior series is @vedikajogani She makes this in about 6 minutes on the clock for all her friendโ€™s birthdays at college. You have to try this easy, quick and no hassle recipe. Everyone whose had it, swears by it and was already swarming outside her place to get a bite ๐Ÿท

200g of dark chocolate
100g of cream (coconut cream if vegan)
8-10 digestive biscuit crumble
4 tbsp butter

1. Crush the digestive biscuit fine. Add butter and make a muddy base. Refrigerate till you make the rest.
2. Heat the cream to a boiling point but not too much as it can leave off butter.
3. Add hot cream to dark chocolate pieces and whisk this ganache for a few minutes.
4. Add to the base tin and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt!
Voila! You have a no bake, lip smacking chocolate mousse tart! Dig in ๐Ÿ˜‹
